Burnout

People often think that burnout recovery is just about taking a break, but that’s only part of the picture.

One of the reasons I became a psychiatrist was to help people regain their sense of balance and well-being, especially when life feels overwhelming.

I’ve seen first hand how managing stress, setting boundaries, and focusing on self-care can transform not just how we feel, but how we show up in the world.

And after seeing the impact on my clients, I saw this was not just about reducing stress; it’s about gaining and using skills to facilitate their wellbeing.
