Experts know hormones affect everything—your sleep, stress levels, energy, and even how you handle daily life. And, when they’re out of balance, it can feel like everything’s out of control—burnout, exhaustion, and anxiety start to creep in.

But here’s the good news: there are steps to move forward and feel balanced, energised, and back in control.

Start small: Focus on getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, and eating balanced meals. Move your body: Gentle exercise can help regulate those mood-swinging hormones. Talk it out: Sometimes, just speaking to someone who understands can make all the difference.
