Parenting
Just so you know, this is normal…
Feeling overwhelmed, constantly questioning your parenting decisions, mood swings, and feeling like you’re always falling short—this happens to so many parents. After all, no child comes with a manual!
If you’ve been experiencing any of these, you’re not alone! It’s normal to feel this way, but it’s also a sign that you might need some extra support. It’s okay to acknowledge when things aren’t working—whether it’s your parenting approach, the family routine, or your own self-care. The first step to making a change is being aware of what’s not quite right.
Here’s one small shift you can make now: Carve out 10 minutes a day just for yourself—no distractions, no guilt, just time to reset and breathe.
If you’re ready for a bigger shift, talk to your GP and get a referral to work with me. Link in bio for more!
