Your Burnout Recovery Starts Now: Take the Quiz and Reclaim Your Energy

Woman walking alone on a peaceful road at sunrise, symbolizing the journey of burnout recovery and finding balance after exhaustion.

By now, you should recognise that burnout is a serious, but solvable, issue – especially when approached with an understanding of neurodiversity. Whether you’re an autistic professional pushing through 60-hour weeks or an ADHD mum holding your household together, you deserve to feel supported and thrive. Recovery isn’t always quick or linear, but every journey begins with a first step.

So here’s your first step: Take the complimentary OLBI burnout quiz to assess your level of burnout at this moment. It’s a simple act of self-care and self-awareness. Armed with your results, you’ll have a clearer idea of what level of support you might need. You can access the quiz right now at my MotherMind Doctor site: Take the “Feeling Burnt Out?” OLBI Quiz.

After completing the quiz, I’ll provide some feedback and resources based on your score. You’ll also have the opportunity to sign up for a course which is under $25 per week - my burnout recovery program – consider it a taste of the structured help available to you. This course is like a guided roadmap out of burnout: covering everything from rebuilding your physical energy to finding emotional balance and refocusing on what matters most. It’s evidence-informed and inclusive, meaning it’s designed with different thinking styles and life situations in mind. (I even have specific modules for topics like Neurodiversity & Burnout and Perimenopause & Burnout, because one size does not fit all when it comes to mental health[32].)

Remember: Burnout might be telling you that something needs to change – but it’s not a life sentence. With the right understanding and support, you can recover and come back stronger, with new insights about how to protect your well-being. Many people and professionals emerge from burnout with a healthier approach to work and life, and you can too.

You’re not alone on this path. I am here to support you with expert guidance, whether through blog resources, my courses, or simply by raising awareness about issues like neurodivergent burnout. If you’re a GP or health professional, consider referring patients to specialised support or using my quiz as part of your toolkit – inclusive mental health support means bridging the gap between knowing someone is struggling and connecting them to solutions that fit their context[31][33].

Finally, to all the neurodivergent adults reading this: acknowledge your incredible resilience. Surviving (and eventually recovering from) burnout is tough, but it also means you have been strong in the face of immense stress. Now it’s time to shift from surviving to thriving. Take that quiz, reach out for help, and invest in your well-being. You deserve to feel focused, energised, and fulfilled – not just for a few weeks, but for the long term.
